My Story

I started my career as a Chinese-English-Russian interpreter, translating not just words but meaning at the intersection of cultures. Over time, this evolved into strategic marketing, where my focus shifted to translating ideas into business language - helping them become clear, scalable, and fundable.

Today, I work with founders, startups, and international teams, helping them shape positioning, articulate their voice, and communicate with clarity — from go-to-market strategy to speeches, interviews, and content that reflects who they truly are.

My goal is simple: to help people and their ventures create meaningful impact. Having lived in 6 countries, explored 25+ cultures, and worked in diverse environments — including building my own ventures — I combine Eastern sensitivity to relationships with Western clarity and hands-on strategy into a holistic approach to communication, growth, and product-market fit.

How to integrate into new business environment and find "your" people in any field
Topics for public speaking and media
I speak, write and give interviews in English, Chinese and Russian. I will be glad to share my experience on the following topics:
  • How to become an entrepreneur in the global market and find “your people” in any environment
On international business, the diversified development of the owner and the team’s readiness to scale. On the role of local business communities and professional exchange between companies.
  • What is cultural intelligence (CQ) for business. Or why a cool strategy and a high EQ of the owner are not enough to enter the global market
Relationship between the concepts of CQ and EQ. At what stage of international growth a business passes the CQ test and how to develop it without wasting time, budget and team's energy.
  • About the holistic approach, or business as a spiritual practice
Why it's important to work with your mind and body to scale at a new market. How understanding yourself helps you understand the Chinese, the British or representatives of any other cultures. How and why to integrate mindfulness practices and bodily things when working with a team.

During the 3rd session with Natalia, we created our client’s journey for the first time, saw blind spots in the company’s processes, and drew up a map of how to turn a blog into an expert community. Now we know how to enter the Brazilian market.

Thanks to working with Natalia, I was able to better know myself and my growth points, and took credit for my achievements. I finished a job that I had been holding on to in burnout for several years and didn’t dare leave because I didn’t see the path to where and didn’t understand what I even wanted. Now I have changed geography, field of activity and increased in market value. Natalya is a very experienced expert who sees and helps integrate mindfulness practices into business, and connect yourself with your desires.

Natalia created a strategy for our Chinese EdTech company to enter the CIS market, taking into account the cross-cultural characteristics of our team. She helped build a personal brand strategy for me as an owner, organized a number of collaborations and public appearances in front of business representatives in the target market. This also influenced the growth of interest not only in our product, but also as an employer. Thanks to Natalya, I better understood the specifics of the market, the peculiarities of user behavior and the organization of the team’s work.

I see how a clear system is born from my “creative” chaos. There is a change in the vector of activity (products) - and this is a significant (intermediate) result. It’s now easier for me to create content to promote myself and my products, because I began to see the relationship between myself and my products.

I felt stagnant in my self-development and saw only one side of my personality. I didn’t know what I had at the moment, how I could use it and in what direction I could and should move with it.
The request consisted of an internal push to update the vision of one’s capabilities and their implementation.

In addition to moral support and a clear reversal of the vision of my own capabilities from negative to positive, effective, you objectively assessed my condition at that time. She shared her practical experience, literature and knowledge.

And, probably, the most tangible thing: the confidence arose in me that I, too, could do this. I can follow my goals, I can manage and improve my capabilities, I can open up and trust the world around me.

I still remember your words: “Direct my attention not to what I don’t have, but to what I already have at the moment and how I can use it.”
"Change is inevitable, but growth is your choice."
